In The Heart of Texas

This summer has been all about traveling whether it's to the very top of the United States in Minnesota or to the very bottom in the heart of Texas.
This past week my best friend Paige and I traveled to visit our friend Haiden, whom we have not seen in three years! Three years ago we were just young high school girls that always sang in the car, never missed a trip to McDonald's, and loved to laugh. We quickly figured out nothing really has changed!
Before I tell you about our fun girls week, take a look at this transformation!!!!
{We obviously have still kept our love for car selfies ;-)}

My favorite moments from this week have been waking up to that sweet baby giggle and drinking coffee with the bestest friends. Each morning we would relax, drink coffee, and just be together. By the afternoon we went out to shop! Haizlee is the funniest little baby and loves to go out with the girls! By night, all us girls made dinner while Michael had some daddy/daughter time. Bedtime came for Haizlee, and us girls had some of our own time. Each night we sat out on the patio laughing until our stomachs hurt! Not to mention we stayed up way too late. By morning we just couldn't wait to take that morning nap with baby Haizlee. Saying goodbye to Haiden and Haizlee was so hard, but it's never a goodbye just a see you later <3

This week has been so special to my heart. I have loved seeing my beautiful friend be who she is meant to be, a mom. Haizlee Grace may look just like her daddy, but oh my she sure has her mama's personality. The sass, the giggle, the stare is her mama shining through her. When Haiden is with Haizlee the love just fills the room, you can feel it all around you. I have never been so proud of a friend until I witnessed one of them being a mom. Haiden, you are the most beautiful, strongest, and happiest woman I know. I hope someday I could be half the mom you are. I love you with my whole heart!

With love,

b.e. good
